Our
policies and procedures for handling customer information have been
created with the understanding that there continues to be constant
change in internet technologies. With this change also comes change
in internet business methods to keep up with the technological changes.
As a result, Little Ark Baptist Church's policies and
procedures are subject to change.
As we strive
to provide the services requested by our clients, we constantly,
collect, accumulate and store information and communications that
may be deemed private or sensitive to certain individuals and/or
bodies. Some of this information - such as the customer's name,
address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to
Little Ark Baptist Church by its customers to order
products. Other information - such as the customer's account status
and customer logs - is created and maintained by Little Ark Baptist Church in the normal course of providing service.
Data Security
Little Ark Baptist Church will protect the confidentiality
of its customers' information, account information and personal
communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with
the law and the legitimate interests of Little Ark Baptist Church, its partners, its employees and other customers
of Little Ark Baptist Church's services. To protect
the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected
from customers, Little Ark Baptist Church has necessary
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.
Opt
Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products
from Little Ark Baptist Church and Little Ark Baptist Church partners by sending a request to admin@little-ark.org.
In this request to admin@little-ark.org customers must identify: service
purchased from Little Ark Baptist Church, contact information,
and the date the service was purchased. However, customers may not
opt out of receiving information from Little Ark Baptist Church, which is essential for maintaining or updating customers'
account information.
Disclosure
of customer information and communications
Little Ark Baptist Church will not otherwise disclose
its customers' personal and account information unless Little Ark Baptist Church has reason to believe that disclosing such
information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring
legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering
with the rights or property of Little Ark Baptist Church,
its customers, or others, or where Little Ark Baptist Church has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
